Heartland High-Energy Jump Rope Club was founded in 2012, with the official "roll out" in 2013. The goals of our club are to increase awareness, an active lifestyle, agility and strength but most importantly, so our children can enjoy FITNESS, make FRIENDS and have FUN while learning to compete in a respectful and courteous manner.
